    On October 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2009, Tour de Bras is in Montréal for four nights of improvisations with Ze Bigue Band, the cream of musicians of Rimouski and Montréal. A family reunion through the Maisons de la culture: Côte-des-Neiges, Ahuntsic, Plateau-Mont-Royal and Frontenac. You will hear amongst others, the musicians Michel F Côté,Martin Tétreault, Éric Normand, Jean Derome, Bernard Falaise, Philippe Lauzier, Isaiah Ceccarelli, Pierre-Yves Martel, Lori Freedman, Gordon M Allen, Brigitte Lacasse, Diane Labrosse and Danielle Palardy Roger.

    On May 29 and 30, 2009 at 9h15 p.m. and on May 31 at 6 pm, line dancing has ventured into new territory with the choreography Le grand continental by Sylvain Émard. Renowned for the elegance and finesse of his choreography, this leading figure of the Montréal contemporary dance scene has created an intriguing mix of contemporary dance and this traditional folk art, unleashing a breath of fresh air on Émery Street.
