As part of The Montréal High Lights Festival’s Montréal All-Nighter event, Bernard Falaise, Martin Tétreault and Giselle Webber will take part in the Cabina Obscura on March 1, 2008 from 10:30 pm at Cinérobothèque. John Blouin, Albert Roberge, and François Boulé will perform live from the projection room and the aforementioned musicians will design sound environment. (By the way, have you ever listened to the excellent Copie zéro… with similar themes.)

We recently gave you news about Nathalie Derome and Frank Martel… well, they’re back with their concert of short songs Les Chantillons on Friday February 29, 2008 at Café Touski in Montréal.

The next Mercredimusics will host Jean Derome, Nicolas Caloia, and Isaiah Ceccarelli on February 27, 2008 at Casa Obscura in Montréal.

Nathalie Derome and Frank Martel will be at Maison de la culture Maisonneuve, on Thursday February 21, 2008 to present their concert of short songs entitled Les Chantillons.

The saxophone quartet Quasar will present on February 22, 2008, at the Chapelle historique du Bon-Pasteur, pieces by Wolf Edwards, Michel Frigon, Luc Marcel, Farangis Nurulla-Khoja, and Claude Vivier… all works that will be on their upcoming CD to be released on the Collection QB label and made available on actuellecd.com!

The Trio Jean Félix Mailloux (Arden Arapyan, Jean Félix Mailloux, Jonathan Racine-Ménard) will be in concert as part of the Jazzes-tu? series,on February 20, 2008 at the Maison de la culture Côte-des-Neiges.
