On August 14, 2008Damián Nisenson will be in concert with the Ensemble Fleur de Lys as part of the Concerts de la cité’s Jeudis et vendredis Jazz 5 à 7 at the Amphithéâtre du Carré-Strathcona in Sherbrooke. That same day they will be at Bar Loubards (9 pm). Moreover, {nbio:nisenson_da} will play during the Toronto Ashkenaz Festival with Israeli singer Daddo: on August 31, they will be at Free Times Café; on September 1, at Harbourfront Centre’s Toronto Star Stage.
Robert Marcel Lepage has composed the music for two documentary full-length films:PARIS1919 and The Art of Documentary. Three tv projects with France are also on their way. Furthermore, {nbio:lepage_ro} is two-time Gémeaux Prize nominee, this year: his film musics of Nestor et les oubliés by Benoit Pilon (music performed by Luzio Altobelli, Jean-Félix Mailloux, Yanik Cloutier, and Isaiah Ceccarelli); and Chez Schwartz’s by Gary Beitel (with Normand Guilbeault, Maxime Séguin, Claude Lavergne, Yanik Cloutier, and Sean Craig) have been selected.
