Adrian Gama is an artist focused on community cinema and collaborative audiovisual creation. His work combined contemporary art, animation, drawing, and sound experimentation with popular education processes in Indigenous communities, prisons, and other peripheral contexts. He works in close collaboration with the artist Ika Atl. United by a shared vision of art as a tool for social transformation, these two interdisciplinary artists develop projects that intertwine community cinema, animation, and collaborative creation processes. Their practice is rooted in encounter, where art becomes a means of building memory, strengthening bonds, and generating collective learning. From audiovisual and sound experimentation to community training, they both focus on art that emerges from daily life and transforms into a shared experience. Currently, they are part of the collectives La Yerbabuena, Red Audiovisual anjd Ambigú Trashumante Barra de Café Ambulante and collaborate with other colleagues. More
