Cordâme and the guest Isaiah Ceccarelli will be in concert on July 18-19, 2008 (8:30 pm) at Upstairs Jazz Bar & Grill in Montréal.

Ziya Tabassian will be in concert with the Lian Ensemble on July 17, 2008 (8 pm) at DB Clarke Theatre at Concordia University in Montréal.

Lori Freedman will give a workshop on July 10, 2008 (1:30 pm) at at Anna Templeton Centre and a concert with John Taylor at the Cook Hall on July 11, 2008 (8 pm) as part of the 14th Sound Symposium in St John’ss (Newfoundland and Labrador).

Nicolas Bernier, Hélène Prévost}, and Pierre-Yves Martel will be at Le Cagibi on Tuesday July 22, 2008 as part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music.

The new music ensemble Erreur de type 27 (E27) will present the concert “Humour en musique” on July 11, 2008 at Musée de la civilisation in Québec City. On programme: Taxi, a work by Joëlle Léandre, amongst others.

Pierre-Yves Martel will be in concert on July 6, 2008 at Petro-Canada Hall (7 pm) as part of the 14th Sound Symposium in St John’s (Newfoundland and Labrador). He will present his project Engagement & Confrontation, playing double bass & viola da gamba.
