Running to Mendham, violinist Joshua Zubot’s trio with Jason Sharp (baritone saxophone) and Jonathan Gagné (drums), will be in concert on April 4, 2009, at L’envers in Montréal. Also that evening, a first meeting between double bassist Miles Perkin, now based in Berlin, and trumpeter Ellwood Epps.

Viola da gambist Pierre-Yves Martel and double bassist Miles Perkin will be at Le Cagibi on Tuesday April 7, 2009, as part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music.

The quartet featuring Philippe Lauzier (saxophone and bass clarinet), Miles Perkin (double bass), Robbie Kuster (drums), Bernard Falaise (guitar electric) will be performing at Cheval blanc in Montréal on March 31, 2009, as part of the Jazz sur mars series.

Francisco Lozano, Miles Perkin and Josh Zubot as well as Stephen Davidson, Luke Fowlie and Ryan Frizzell will be at Le Cagibi on Tuesday December 9, 2008 as part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music.

On June 17, 2008 at L’OFF Festival de Jazz de Montréal: Miles Perkin with Common Thread ensemble at Lion d’Or in Montréal at 9:30 pm.
