Gordon M Allen and Martine H Crispo as well as Jay Crocker, Chris Dadge and Scott Munroe will be at Le Cagibi on Tuesday March 31, 2009 as part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music.

Les Journées Électriques, held in the city of Albi in France, will present Souffler n’est pas jouer, a new work by Sébastien Cirotteau commissioned by the Groupe de musique électroacoustique d’Albi-Tarn. Les Journées Électriques take place from March 26 to 28, 2009.

From March 26 to April 2, 2009, the Conseil des arts de Montréal en tournée and Ah Ha Productions will present R.A.F.T. 402, a new work by choreographer Marc Boivin with music by Diane Labrosse. Four unique performances featuring five dancers, a musician, a visual artist and a light technician.

The next Mercredimusics will feature Lori Freedman and Malcolm Goldstein on March 25, 2009, at Casa Obscura in Montréal.

As part of its “Concerts/Album Launch” series, Productions SuperMusique, in collaboration with DAME, proudly present Antoine Berthiaume and Elliott Sharp, an impressive duo whose music blends together soundwaves reminiscent of Xenakis’ architectures and intensities. An incandescent trio comprising Philippe Lauzier, Pierre-Yves Martel and Martin Tétreault will open the evening with poetic and textural music evoking the sonic atmosphere of a derelict factory. Come celebrate the release of BASE and Disparition de l’usine éphémère, two new titles in the Ambiances Magnétiques catalogue. The concert will take place on Wednesday March 25, 2009, at La Sala Rossa in Montréal.

Cordâme, featuring double bassist Jean Félix Mailloux, cellist Julie-Odile Gauthier-Morin, and violinist Marie Neige Lavigne, will be in concert at St-Joseph church in Montréal on March 27, 2009. For this concert, they will be joined by special guest Isaiah Ceccarelli on drums.
