Personal anecdotes from the Bozzinis and quotes from historical figures, from Napoléon to Jean Charest, mix with modern compositional strategies including improvisation and the random layering of independent parts. The tape uses the same sources, meshing perfectly with the live material. Introspective and captivating. 9/10
