Shot live in concert at Loft in Cologne on September 16, 2005, this film shows multi-instrumentalist, composer and performer Elliott Sharp in a solo setting performing on his Godin electro-acoustic guitar with PowerBook computer running Max/MSP. The performance consists of compositions from The Velocity of Hue and Quadrature CDs and a short Delta blues piece as an encore.

In addition to the complete concert, this film incorporates segments of an interview, in which Mr Sharp talks about various subjects including improvisation, algorithmic compositions, instrument building, use of computers…
