Voyages||Subaqua is a work that is inspired by the different underwater areas, sometimes in a quasi-referential way, but most often in a conceptual and abstract way. It is my imaginary interpretation of what can evoke visiting these inaccessible places that yet surround humanity. Each piece is a journey into an underwater area with its own ecosystem and currents.

This album is also an attempt to create musical pieces where time and space lose their meaning, plunging the audience into the depths of sound like aquanauts exploring places where the scarcity of light thwarts our perception and our senses.

The mesopelagic zone refers to the depths ranging from 200 to 1000 meters below the ocean surface. Light being practically absent, its inhabitants have developed particular aptitudes, such as bioluminescence or vertical migration.

The epipelagic zone extends from the surface of the ocean to a depth of about 200 meters, where light ceases to be abundant enough to allow photosynthesis. The vast majority of marine life is found here.

The abyssopelagic zone extends from approximately 4000 to 6000 meters below the water surface, stopping at what corresponds to the average depth of the oceanic floor. Few creatures live there, due to the scarcity of food available. The water temperature is very low, at about 2 degrees Celsius.
