Kim Myhr
Kim Myhr is a musician and composer in the field of contemporary and improvised music. He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston from 2003 to ’05 and has since then embarked on an international career as an improviser with performances throughout Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada and the United States of America. His projects these days include Mural, with Australian musician Jim Denley and fellow Norwegian Ingar Zach, Silencers with pianist Benoit Delbecq as well as a duo with French electronic musician Sebastien Roux. He has also collaborated with Anthony Pateras, Robbie Avenaim, Toshi Nakamura, Tetuzi Akiyama and Christian Wallumrød to mention a few. Myhr is also the organizer of Fri Resonans, a festival for improvised and new music in Trondheim, Norway. More
