D. Kimm
D. Kimm is an interdisciplinary artist who directs Les Filles électriques, an organization whose mandate is to create interdisciplinary artistic events, notably the Festival Voix d’Amériques, devoted to performance and spoken word. She has published four poetry collections including La Suite mongole (with CD-Rom, Planète rebelle, 2001). She produced the cd Le Silence des hommes, in collaboration with guitarist Bernard Falaise (Monsieur Fauteux m’entendez-vous?). She produced, in collaboration with the late Patrice Duhamel, two short films: En attendant Corto Maltese (2007) and Si tu veux me garder, tu dois t’éloigner (2008), both were presented at the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma and the Rendez-vous du cinéma. She is a member of the interdisciplinary Brahmine collective. Her interdisciplinary project La Mariée perpétuelle, in collaboration with videographer Brigitte Henry, will be presented in Mai 2009 at Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui in the context of the OFF T.A. More
