On Sunday June 21, 2009 at 3 pm you can listen to Hat, a trio composed by Scott Thomson, Susanna Hood and Gordon Allen in a graceful programme of music by the American composer and soprano saxophone master Steve Lacy. This concert will be followed by an homage to Thelonious Monk with Jean Derome, Pierre Cartier, Isaiah Ceccarelli and Alexandre Grogg.
On June 20, 2009 at Chapelle historique du Bon-Pasteur, don’t miss the live performances of DAME artists Les Tourneurs with Philippe Lauzier, Jean René and Thom Gossage at 8 pm and Steppe at 9:30 pm. Then, at 10 pm, Pierre St-Jak’s Quartet Off/On with Claude Vendette, Jean Derome, Normand Guilbeault and Pierre Tanguay will be at Dièse onze.

The Suoni Per Il Popolo festival is held in Montréal throughout the month of June and features concerts every evening at La Sala Rossa as well as at Casa del Popolo.
