As part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music, this week you will hear: Ryan Frizell (trumpet), Luke Fowlie (guitar), Philippe Melanson (drums), Ben Shemie (electronics), Guido Del Fabbro (violin) and Pierre-Yves Martel (viola da gamba) on Tuesday November 10, 2009 at 9 pm at Le Cagibi, Montréal.
On February 7, 2009, Poètes publics will be in concert at La Sala Rossa in Montréal for the Festival Voix d’Amériques. A shape-shifting ensemble that unites dozens of poets, performers and musicians with a desire to work and explore together in an improvisational context, Poètes publics will feature for this occasion musicians Bernard Falaise, Diane Labrosse, Martin Tétreault, Michel F Côté and Guido del Fabbro, rapper-improviser Khyro and poet-performers Catherine Lalonde, Renée Gagnon, Danny Plourde, Geneviève Blais and D. Kimm. Also, on February 13, Frank Martel and Nathalie Derome will be featured at the Cabaret DADA Surréaliste, the festival’s closing night concert.
Antoine Berthiaume, Guido del Fabbro and Mélanie Auclair as well as Philippe Lauzier, Corinne René, Amy Horvey and Rémy Bélanger de Beauport will be at Le Cagibi on Tuesday December 16, 2008 as part of the Mardi spaghetti weekly series for creative music.
Guido Del Fabbro will be in concert on July 10, 2008 (8 pm) at La Casbah as part of the Festival Off de Québec, in Québec City. He will present a solo version of the pieces on Agrégats et Carré de sable.
